When organisations recognise the need to improve, there is often little thought to the hierarchy of influence that changes have on the extent of the improvement.

Marketing Support

RED is able to develop a sales and marketing strategy for businesses, with a particular focus on SME organsiations and university start-ups.

Workshops & Facilitation

Workshops and focus groups are an important tool for engaging with project teams and stakeholders. The role of a Facilitator is to make it easier for a group to do its work. REDs Facilitators achieve this by providing assistance and guidance to the process of information exchange, rather than control. As part of our facilitation services, RED can also undertake Group Learning: Action Learning programmes.

Leadership Development

REDs Leadership Development is carried out in close conjunction with our training associate, utilising the 360 degrees methodology.

Training

In conjunction with our training associate, RED can provide both structured training programs and individual coaching needs. We are also able to deliver Training Needs Analysis (TNA), especially in the defence and transport domains.

Bid Support Services

Support is provided by RED to a number of organisations to develop business bidding strategies for outward facing systems and infrastructure, and for the development of new commercial business channels. In particular, RED has developed business channels and supported bidding activity in health, transport, environment and pan-european R&D business development.
